Talkdesk will be conducting platform maintenance during the hours of 08:00 - 10:00 UTC (01:00 - 03:00 PDT) on Sunday, January the 23rd, 2022.

During this maintenance's window, infrastructure enhancements will be made to increase platform resiliency.

During the maintenance period WFM will be unavailable for 30 min and any schedule jobs will be unable to access any API.
