Monitoring - We have now resolved the issue affecting ring groups loading and related functionality. You should now be able to use Talkdesk again normally, including the ability to transfer calls. We're continuing to monitor the situation.

Investigating - We are observing a problem right now affecting some customers' ability to load ring groups and perform transfers. Inbound and outbound calls should work normally. We are investigating the root cause. We will provide another update soon.

Scheduled - On the 20th of February, from 09:00 to 11:00 UTC (01:00-03:00 PST / 04:00 to 06:00 EST), the Reporting API database will undergo a maintenance procedure.

This procedure will be made to increase its resiliency and reliability. During this window Reporting API executions of the same report will not return new data, only surfacing the data available until the start of the procedure. During this procedure, frontend and customer facing Reporting products (Talkdesk Live, Live Dashboards and Explore) will be offering new data as per normal operation.

New data will became available on the Reporting API as soon as this maintenance is complete.
