Scheduled - On the 17th of January, from 06:30 to 07:00 UTC, the Talkdesk platform and infrastructure will undergo a maintenance procedure.

These infrastructure enhancements will be made to increase platform resiliency and reliability. During this window very minimal customer impact is expected. Some minor delays may occur in Studio when the call is assigned to Forward to External Number and Voicemail components.

Resolved - We investigated an earlier issue affecting our classic Live dashboard starting at approximately 20:30UTC. We confirmed that this only affected the visual representation of the calls and did not affect actual call routing. The new Live Dashboards were not affected. This was fully resolved as of 21:17UTC.
