Talkdesk will be conducting platform maintenance during the hours of 08:00 - 12:00 UTC (00:00 - 04:00 PDT) on Sunday, May 21st, 2023.

During this maintenance window, infrastructure enhancements will be made to increase platform resiliency.

What can users expect during the maintenance period?

We don't expect a major impact on users, however, there may be performance issues/latency on Telephony services, Agent Experience components and Talkdesk Digital Engagement.
