At this point, the issue has been fixed and this subset of customers should no longer be experiencing difficulties. We will continue to monitor the situation.

We have identified an issue that impacts our customers that use X-Connect in Western Europe that impacts a subset of calls. This does not impact any other customer. Our engineering organization is working on the fix. We will provide an update in 15 min or as soon as we have more details.
