Starting at 18:38 UTC one of our telephony carriers experienced an issue that affected outgoing, incoming and in progress calls. The carrier is experiencing an unprecedented rise in network traffic due to the United States election. At 18:47 UTC we started to see recovery as voice calling capabilities returned to normal. A more detailed root cause analysis is being conducted. Systems are now operating normally and we will continue to work closely with the carrier to apply preventive measures.
