EU Region Assignment System Issue

We are investigating the assignment system and inbound call issues in the EU regional deployment. Customers with business continuity configured are advised to enable the same. Mitigation measures are currently in progress. We will provide an update in 30 min or sooner. Please note that this does not impact customers on other regional deployments.

A fix has been implemented and we are seeing system improvements. At this point, customers can disable Business continuity settings. We will keep monitoring.
