Talkdesk will be performing platform maintenance on Sunday, 5th October 2025, between 08:00
UTC - 10:00 UTC (01:00 - 03:00 PDT).

During this maintenance window we will be performing a fire-drill of a site failover procedure for our US Regional Cloud. This is important to have continued assurance and confidence on our failover procedures in the production environment.

What can users expect during the maintenance period?
During this maintenance window, some tenants will have their logged in agents receiving a notification that they need to reload Workspace.
