On the 18th of February, from 08:00 to 09:00 UTC, the Talkdesk platform and infrastructure will undergo a maintenance procedure.
These infrastructure enhancements will be made to increase platform resiliency and reliability. During a small timeframe during this window Live Reporting may not display correctly updated values and agent's status. Alternatively, you can use Live Dashboards to monitor your contact center.
