Talkdesk will be conducting a platform maintenance on Omnichannel during the hours of 05:00 AM - 10:00 AM UTC on Sunday, August 22, 2021.

During this maintenance period infrastructure enhancements will be made to increase platform resiliency.

During this window Live chat will not be working during the activity window. Requests from messaging channels (except live chat) will be held in queue and processed once the activity is completed. End consumers will experience latency in their message delivery to TD Omnichannel and agents will see a maintenance page during the activity time. No changes at application level are required to show maintenance page.

This page will be updated throughout the maintenance.
