We will open a scheduled maintenance period on Sunday the 19th of November from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM UTC (2:00 AM to 5:00 AM PST).

Talkdesk continues to invest in Site Reliability and Disaster Recovery. In order to properly test our systems, we will conduct a fire drill on Sunday. This fire drill follows numerous internal-only fire drills and will serve as a test of our backup systems.

While we do not expect any noticeable impact, customers may experience the following, lasting only a few minutes:

- Temporary inability to log into Agent Dashboard or Callbar
- Talkdesk Live stops receiving data temporarily
- Delay (in seconds) in processing recordings or the waiting queue
- Delay (in seconds) in agent status changes
