On the 17th of January, from 06:30 to 07:00 UTC, the Talkdesk platform and infrastructure will undergo a maintenance procedure.
These infrastructure enhancements will be made to increase platform resiliency and reliability. During this window very minimal customer impact is expected. Some minor delays may occur in Studio when the call is assigned to Forward to External Number and Voicemail components.
