Talkdesk will be conducting platform maintenance during the hours of 08:00 - 11:00 UTC (01:00 - 04:00 PDT) on Sunday, July the 17th, 2022.

During this maintenance's window, infrastructure enhancements will be made to increase platform resiliency.

What can users expect during the maintenance period?

- During this maintenance window user sessions will expire while using Callbar Web version. Callbar will logout the users spontaneously after the procedure is done.

- The agents may not be able to see the dispositions screen after a call.

- Call Parking feature will be unavailable.

- Mobile application functionality's may experience degraded performance.

- The call quality feedback feature may be unavailable
