On the 22nd of November, from 06:00 to 09:00 UTC, the Talkdesk platform and infrastructure will undergo a maintenance procedure.
This maintenance is essential to increase platform resiliency and reliability. During this window very minimal customer impact is expected, if any, except for the following: Live Dashboards widgets may stop updating for short periods of time; and Agent’s status may not be visible when attempting to transfer a call to an agent or when performing an agent-to-agent call.
