Talkdesk will be conducting platform maintenance on Explore during the hours of 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM UTC on Sunday, July 04, 2021.
During this maintenance period infrastructure enhancements will be made to increase platform resiliency.
During this window, Explore will be unavailable, and therefore Explore executions will not return data. No action is needed from the users' side to restore service, as soon as service is restored it will work as usual. In case a scheduled report fails during maintenance users need to re-execute those.
This page will be updated throughout the maintenance.
