Talkdesk will be conducting platform maintenance during the hours of 08:00 - 11:00 UTC (01:00 - 04:00 PDT) on Sunday, January the 9th, 2022.

During this maintenance's window, infrastructure enhancements will be made to increase platform resiliency.

During the maintenance period no customer impact is expected.
