Talkdesk will be conducting platform maintenance during the hours of 08:00 - 11:00 UTC (01:00 - 04:00 PDT) on Sunday, July the 24th, 2022.
During this maintenance's window, infrastructure enhancements will be made to increase platform resiliency.
What can users expect during the maintenance period?
Users may not be able to use the Outbound Dialer UI product. In terms of the Rest-API, operations such as creating record lists and adding records may not work as well as there may be no outbound dialer calls launched during this period. Reporting may not reflect all the calls during this period.
