Talkdesk will be conducting platform maintenance during the hours of 08:00 - 11:00 UTC (01:00 - 04:00 PDT) on Sunday, October 10, 2021.
During this maintenance's window, infrastructure enhancements will be made to increase platform resiliency.
We expect no downtime or service interruptions. Any impact during the maintenance period will be limited to short periods of: delays updating Live Dashboards; and agent’s status not be visible when attempting to transfer a call to an agent or perform an agent-to-agent call.
