Talkdesk will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance period on Sunday the 13th of November, from 10:00 to 11:00 am UTC (2:00 to 3:00 am PST) while we perform some maintenance to our infrastructure.
During this period users may experience suboptimal performance in the application. In particular, at times during the maintenance window there may be a slight delay when signing into Talkdesk, answering a call, in the execution of automated tasks, calls appearing in the Recent Calls section, and in performing call related operations (such as hold or transfer).
After the maintenance period the application will return to normal and all data will be in sync once again.
