Between 7:08 AM and 7:22 AM PDT (2:08 PM and 2:22 PM UTC) we experienced an issue which prevented agents logging in to Talkdesk. Talkdesk Live was also unavailable and stopped displaying live data during that period.
This didn’t affect any agents that were currently logged into the Agent Dashboard or the Callbar.
As soon as the issue was detected we immediately investigated the cause and worked to mitigate the impact to restore the service as fast as possible.
